He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Dalton Waters and C. Gladys Scott Waters; his siblings, Autry Waters, Virginia Waters Fillenworth and Robbie Waters McDonald; his siblings-in-law, Bill McDonald, Dick Fillenworth and Shirley Waters; and his nephews, Junior Waters and TJ McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Willene Waters; his children, Lamar Waters (Kerry), Marsha Reeves (Lee) and Amelia Miller (Win); his grandchildren, Mandy Waters, Slade Reeves, Keely Reeves Helms, Audra Parker, Taryn Miller and Jennie Johnson; his great grandchildren, Shani Waters, Cade Waters, Sloane Reeves, Lila Reeves and Roman Helms; and his siblings, Wayne Waters, Jerry Waters, Mary Grantham and Angi Brusse. He is also survived by his family including his 3 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
