She was predeceased by: her father Larry Spainhour. She is survived by: her mother Rosalind Stephens Alfrey (Troy); her children, Allison Swann (Max) and Michael Miller; her grandchildren, Lauren and Annistyn; and her siblings, Tammy Brown (Mark), Angela Rayman (Malcolm), Kristy Dunn and Larry Wayne Spainhour. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
