She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Douglas Lewis; and her son Bryan. She is survived by: her son Russell Eugene Lewis (Kim) of Enterprise, AL; her grandchildren, Dylan Lewis, Madison Lewis of Enterprise, AL, Mitchell Mock (Sarah Allen) of Pittsburgh, PA and Meredith Mock of Enterprise, AL; and her great grandchild Noah Thomas Mock.
