He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Almond Baxley and Emily Ann Pruitt Baxley; his son Johnathon Richardson; and his brother Gerald Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Driggers Baxley; his children, Steven L. Baxley of Daleville, Ala, Andrew Allen Baxley of Level Plains, Ala, Shane Burke of Mobile, Ala, Josh Burke of Elba, Ala and Samantha Nicole Lee of New Brockton, Ala; and his brothers, Jamie and Terry Baxley of Enterprise, Ala. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
