With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Edward Luke Sr. of Letohatchee, Alabama, born in Fitzgerald, Georgia, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Olin Luke and Essie Luke of Lake Alfred; and also Betty Fout (Bobby) of Macon, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Sue Luke; his sister Doris Spears (Dykes) of Winter Haven; his friends, Dottie Whitman, Bobby, Misty Smith, Debra (Rick), Josh Strickland, Jennifer (Tim), Dakota Hudson and Tommy "Tater" Smith; and also, Jacob and Ethan. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
