He is survived by: his wife Dian Heppleston Blackburn; his brother Nelson Blackburn (Shirley); his children, Nancy Wright (Keith), Michael Blackburn (Ammee) and Kenneth Blackburn (Jodi); his granddaughters, Anna and Megan; and his children, Cody, Katie, AJ and Kenzie Jo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
