He is survived by: his wife Linda Usery; his children, Jason Usery (Susanna) and Brandi Perry; his grandchildren, Harlee Perry, Allison Perry, Justin Perry, Joseph Usery, Daniel Usery, Jacob Usery, Jared Usery, Lanie Usery, Karis Usery and Lincoln Usery; and his siblings, Roy Usery, Glyn Usery, Lynn Usery and Alice Usery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
