He is survived by: his wife Angie Forsyth of Lester; his children, Jeremiah Forsyth (Kari) of Athens, Joseph Forsyth (Tonya) of Elkmont, Britney Burgreen (J. R.) of Athens and Bevin Page (Andy) of Athens; and his grandchildren, Chestney, Haven, Kase, Harper, Hilee, Ellie, Braden, Hank Isla, Georgia Kalir, Riley and Lily. He is also survived by numerous other in-laws, family and friends.
