It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Clark Patterson of Lester, Alabama, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Clark Jr. and Hyacinth Edwards Clark; her husband Thomas Howard Patterson; and her daughter Mickie Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Patterson (Cindy), Marsha G. Patterson (Jeff Carroll) and Myra K Patterson; and her brother Butch Clark (Sondra). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
