It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty McDonald of Lester, Alabama, born in Athens, Alabama, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Hasting and Mable Harris Hasting; her husband Johnny McDonald; and her daughter Tammie Davis. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Audra Davis and Ashton Hubbard; and her brothers, Wayne Hasting and Tony Hasting.
