He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Reeves Etheredge; his children, Carl Etheredge, Jr. (Mike), Jennifer Smyly (Terry) and Donald Dorman (Diann); his grandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Forman, Catherine Anne Forman, Jessica Smyly Lewis (Kevin), Jeremy Smyly (Angela), Zachary Brooks Smyly, Patrick Bond Etheredge, Dwain Thomas Dorman (Robin), Dana Dorman Arnold (Wesley) and Christopher Forman (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Beck, Savannah Autry, Lane Autry, Cooper Autry, Alexis Browne, Braden Brown, Astynn Brown, Owen Smyly and Lena Smyly. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
