She is survived by: her son Bill Lewey of Pulaski, TN; her grandchildren, Chelsea Cook of Chapel Hill, TN, Shayla Lewey of Nashville, TN, Jameson Lewey of Huntsville and Josh Lewey of Madison; and her great grandchild Ellison Cook of Chapel Hill, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
