She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Madding King, Sr. and Laura Ward King; and her husband Martin K. Lewis. She is survived by: her nephew Jay King; her son Dallas Culver (Melisha); her brothers, Percy King, Jr. (Lilly), William "Bill" King and James "Jim" King (Marcia); her grandchildren, Caroline Mimbs (Garrison) and Austin Culver; and her stepgrandchildren, Shanna Stanford (Matt), Brandon Murphy (Emily) and Micah Murphy. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
