She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Mullins (Buster) and Aggie Pearl Fields Mullins; her husband Henrey Adams; her sons, John H. Abernathy and Napolean Adams; her grandson Anthony Abernathy; and her stepsons, Robert Lee Adams and Don Edward Adams.
She is survived by: her grandson Marlon B. Abernathy (Geraldine) of Killen, Alabama; her caregiver Sigglee E. Abernathy of Leighton, Alabama; her stepdaughter-in-law Frances Adams of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Kandice Abernathy of Montgomery, Kenyetta Abernathy of Florence, Hallie of Killen, Alabama, Jessica of Killen, Alabama, Mia Abernathy of Killen, Alabama and Tyler Abernathy of Huntsville, Alabama; and her stepgrandchildren, Darryl Owens, Teresa Adams, Rhonda Scott (Thomas), Tia Batts (Terry), Robert Lee Adams, Jr., Gregory Adams (Marketia) and Brent Adams. She is also survived by four greatgreat-grandchildren; and a host of step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
