It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Thrasher of Leighton, Alabama, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Faye Mitchell Thrasher; his grandparents, J. D. Thrasher of Leighton and Geraldine Woods of Tampa, FL; and his close friend Mitchell. He is survived by: his father Thomas Ray Thrasher; and his uncle J. W. Thrasher.
Due to Covid, a graveside service will be held on Monday, January 3, at Old Brick Cemetery, beginning at 2:00 p. m., with Mark Mayfield officiating.
