He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Grissom and Nina Grissom; his sisters, Jewel Dean Grissom and Ruth Evelyn Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, JD Johnson and Barbara Pace.
He is survived by: his brother Bruce Fitzgerald; his wife Marjorie Pace Grissom; his children, Denson Grissom (Nancy), Letitia Parker (Mike) and Jennifer Hogeland (Rodney); his grandchildren, Loni Grissom (Joe), Mollie Killen (Tyler), Jordan Boyd (Ryan), Caitlin Hogeland (Colby) and Drew Parker (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Memphis, Cooper, Montgomery, Palmer and John Tyler; and his brothers, Odie Grissom (Mae), Rayburn Pace (Thelma), Dewey Pace and Jackie Pace (Diane).
