He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Fleming; his children, Tony Vines and Tammy Vines; his grandson Ryan Vines; his great grandchild Haisley McGee; his parents, Rayburn Fleming and Jimmie Lou Fleming; and his siblings, Malcolm Fleming, Donald Fleming and Vickie Burns.
He is survived by: his sister Martha Canterbury; his children, Teresa Fleming McCormack (Kenneth), Melissa Vines, David Vines (Teresa) and Gerald Vines (Bridgett); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Casey, Jessi, Ashley, Kayla, Trenton, Brittany, Chris and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Mia, Leo, Landon, Emma, Oliver, Clayton, Joey and Ellie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
