With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hank Wilson Staggs of Leighton, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Staggs and Etta Mae Staggs; his brother Claude Staggs, Jr.; his grandson Ethan Staggs; and his sister-in-law Marquitta Staggs.
He is survived by: his children, Hank Staggs (Summer) and Spring Willingham (Scott); his siblings, Lloyd Staggs, Lynn Staggs, Judy Hallmark and Betty Gist; and his close friend Melvin Castle.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (1950 Helton Drive, Florence, AL 35630). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shoals Memorial Gardens (1106 Wm F Gardiner Ave, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
