He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Uhlman Underwood and Thurston Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Camille Underwood of Leighton; his sons, Chris Underwood (Kelly) of Florence and Kerry "Bubba" Underwood (Anna) of Tuscumbia; his grandchildren, Walker Underwood, Christina Underwood and Katie Beth Underwood; his stepgranddaughters, Holly Vinson (Tyler), Victoria Devaney (Josh) and Faith Ezzell (Landon); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Vivianne Vinson, Luke Devaney and Jon Bradford Vinson; and his siblings, McCoy Underwood (Patricia) of Leighton, Larry Underwood of Leighton and Wanda Thompson (David) of Tuscumbia.
