He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Flanagan and Julia Flanagan; and his siblings, Thad Flanagan and Anna Prince. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Hovater, Kim Borden, Andrea Kirk and Amy Armstrong; and his siblings, Gene, Lawrence Flanagan and Mary Hunter. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
