He was predeceased by: his father Geroge Wilson Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Debbee Hall Eubanks; his daughter Shala Jolly (Troy) of Guntersville; his mother Mary E. Naugher Eubanks of Leesburg; his brother George Eubanks (Margaret) of Leesburg; his brother-in-law Mickey Hall of Panama City, FL.; his grandchildren, Emily and Haley Jolly; and his nephews, Jason and Clint Eubanks (Brooke) of Leesburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Kidney Foundation.
