He is survived by: his wife Vivian Bishop Fambrough; his sister Ruby Shoemaker; his siblings-in-law, Bill Bishop and Carolyn Hall; his niece Ellen Dickerson (Shane); and his nephew James Hooks (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
