It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Cooke (Leesburg, Alabama), born in Abbeville, Alabama, who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Lindsay Cooke, Jr.; her parents, Helen Galloway and Charles Bishop Galloway; her sister Helen Galloway Mingea; and her brother-in-law Billy Ware.
She is survived by: her son Charles Lindsay Cooke (Pat); and her sister Martha Ann Ware. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
