She was predeceased by: her brothers, Bill Dowdy and Rodney Dowdy; and her parents, Wilbur Dowdy and Mary Imogene Dowdy. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Coker; her siblings, Jerry Dowdy (Iralene) and Anna Kent; her brother-in-law Ron Kent; and her grandchildren, Savannah Kent, Breannah Kent and Juliannah Kent. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shiloh Cemetery Fund.
