He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Woodfin and Sara Scott Woodfin; his wife Mary Joyce Barday Woodfin; his daughter Charlene Woodfin; his siblings, Wynessa Woodfin Wyatt and Dwight Woodfin; and his nephew Kevin Woodfin.
He is survived by: his son Matthew Woodfin (April); his grandchildren, Christopher Woodfin of Madison, AL and Charlene Woodfin of Gaylesville, AL; and his brother Wendell Woodfin (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
