He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Fulmer. He is survived by: his son Eli Fulmer; his brother Joseph Fulmer (Gina); his father Lynn Fulmer; his nephews, Jathen and Hayden Fulmer; his grandmother Tommie Sue Horsley; and his uncle Terry Fulmer.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home (1750 Ashville Rd, Leeds, AL 35094). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
