He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvin Johnson, Marilyn Smith and Jeff Preyer; his cousin Sean Long; and his father-in-law Gary Milliman.

He is survived by: his parents, Wayne William Johnson (Dyveke "Dove" Pratt) and Karen Preyer (Dom Phouma); his wife Amanda (Milliman); his siblings, Makenzie Johnson, De'Quan Booker and Bryson Taylor; and his grandmother Elease Preyer.
