“Hi Heather. I received notification of Wayne’s death today. I am so sorry for your loss. I tried contacting him 6-7 years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer hoping that he would convey that information to you. I was diagnosed at 42 and my doctors did genetic testing. They felt that it would be important for you to know that you may have a genetic predisposition to cancer. If you want any more details, don’t hesitate to be in touch. -Yvonne”
