It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Stone (Leeds, Alabama), born in Yazoo City, Mississippi, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mallie Vernon and Ella Baldwin Carmichael. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Stone Mansfield (John) and Lloyd "Trey" L. Stone III (Miriam); and her grandchildren, Katie Mansfield Bastain, Christie Mansfield McKinney, Abigial Mansfield Rayford, John William Mansfield Jr., Andrew Leftwich Stone and Mallie Stone Vincent.
