She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Shelley; her parents, Oscar Banks and Ola Banks; her siblings, Cecil of Orbin, T. O., Joe Banks and Ruth Cole; her niece Karol Cole Edgil of JoAnn Banks; and her nephew David Banks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
