It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Washington (Leeds, Alabama), who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Mashburn and Merry Charles Mashburn. She is survived by: her husband George Benny of Washington; her children, Gerald Wayne Cosby, Tami, Michelle Holbert and Merry Katherine Jordan (Sam); her grandchildren, Johnny Wayne Cosby, Hannah LeighAnne Pitts, Brittany Michelle Cosby, Toni Danielle King, Elijah De Marcus King, Emma Brooke Jordan and Evan Neil Jordan; and her siblings, Jan Gaspers (Nicke), Charlie Mashburn (Carole) and Earnie Mashburn (Teena). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
