She was predeceased by: her father Diamond; her siblings, Herman Heade Jr., Demetrius Heade, Brenda Lumpkin, Jessie Mae Jones and Venita Heade; her grandsons, Randall and Jarod Hardwick; her former husband Floyd Thomas; and her mother San.

She is survived by: her children, Cassandra (Randall), Floyd, Jr. and John, Sr.; her grandchildren, Zoe', Ella, John, Jr., Alaysia and Jakalen; and her siblings, Karen Collins (Harold), Willie Mae Streety, Willie Heade, Denise Luckett-Banks, Dennis Luckett, Jacqueline Luckett, Alastair Heade, Rhonda Steele, Wylena Heade, Sylvester Heade, Anthony Dickerson (Tyrese), Rosalind Terry, Lifeia Harris (Christina), Dione Dickerson (Monique) and Derek Dickerson. She is also survived by numerous Sister-Friends and a host of nieces, nephews.
