He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bates Blair; his children, Jessica Rivers (Victor), Ashton Allen, Bethany Blair, Destiny Blair and Allynn Blair; his parents, Fred Blair and Margie Blair; his sister DeLayne Jones (Alan); his grandchildren, Noah, Eli, Simon, Sara Rivers, Emmett, Bonny Blair, Kasey and Erin Bolton; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Diane Bates; and his sister-in-law Kathy Noah (Jay). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and numerous friends.
