He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Parker and Rosalee Parker; and his siblings, Billie Jo Martin, Thomas Parker and Tip Parker.

He is survived by: his wife Faye Parker; his son Shawn Parker; his grandchildren, Shaye Hall (Brett) and Johnathan Bearden (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Camryn Faye Hall, Noah Lane Hall, Ellie Bearden and Hannah Bearden; and his brother Jimmy Lee Parker.
