He is survived by: his children, Amelia Faye Spidle and Michael "Jayce" Spidle; his parents, Kevin Spidle and Kimmie Spidle; his sister Nikkita Valard; and his grandmother Sherry Sexton.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Leeds High School Marching Band, 1500 Greenwave Dr., Leeds, AL 35094.
