She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Dewey and Bernice Humphries Fennell; her husband Charles Robert Howard; her daughter Laura Ellen Partain (Mark); her grandchildren, Liam Andrew-Marc and Hannah Grace Campbell (Elijah); and her siblings, Abbie Ross (Jerry) and Michael Fennell (Joan).
