She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Hawkins and Della Hawkins; her son Dennis Johnson; her sisters, Imogene Moore and Oris Bass; and her great grandchild Nora Collins.

She is survived by: her husband Wesley Johnson; her children, Becky Duncan (Charles) and Stephen Johnson (Donna); her daughter-in-law Vickie Johnson; her sister Mary Nell McBrier (Jim); her grandchildren, Leslie Stephenson (Chris), Matt Duncan, Whitney Collins (Rusty), Alex Johnson (Rachel) and Todd Johnson (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Stephenson, Clayton Stephenson, Amelia Duncan, Nolan Collins, Molly Collins, Ava Johnson and Audrey Johnson.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the St. Clair County Gideons.
