He was predeceased by: his brother Leon Stark. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stark; and his daughters, Teresa Smith (Billy), Tonja Winfrey (Paul), Tammy Barnes (Tim) and Kimberly Stark. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
