He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlett Cook and Lois Hill Cook. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kinney "Pat" Cook; his daughters, Tavia Cook and Tonya Reid (Joey); his grandchildren, Brooke Cox, Brandon Deason (Jaime), Robbie Deason, Shelby Ensley, Tyler Cox (Kendyl) and Dylan Reid; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, Josslyn, Emily, Morgan, Jaxon, Ryan and Lydia; and his brother Johnny Cook (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
