It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Whitehead of Leeds, Alabama, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son Allison Kilgore (Jeff); her grandson Ernest Whitehead (Tiffany); and her great grandchildren, Ezra Whitehead, Jackson Whitehead, Caley Clark (Jacob), Carsyn Trammell (Austin), Jordan Barnwell, Joshua Hall (Angel) and Taylor Hall (Maja).

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Leeds Art Council or the First United Methodist Church of Leeds.
