With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Goolsby (Leeds, Alabama), who passed away on February 5, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Goolsby and Lucille Goolsby; and his sister Peggy Robinson. He is survived by: his wife J. D. Goolsby; his children, Tamala Coleman, Tresha Cunningham (Kenny), Rick Goolsby (Nina), Jerry Hood (Amanda) and Jeff Hood; and his siblings, Joey Goolsby, Owen Goolsby, Debbie Hutton and Joy Goolsby. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
