She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Smiles; her parents, Hiram Brown and Louise McDowell; and her brother Brown "Ted" McDowell. She is survived by: her sister Lorene Billups; her children, Suzanne Barksdale (Paul) and Mike Smiles (Rosa Lee); her grandchildren, John Smiles (Meredith), Jennifer Plumley, Crystal Parker and Rickanne Parker (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Audrey, Griffin Smiles, Connor, Austin Plumley, Destiny, Dallas, Jae, Ryder Parker, Jett Hunter and Ha-Ha; and her family Ministries.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the charity of your choice.
