She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Winters and Frank Thomas; and her brothers, Eddie D. Blocker, Frank Thomas Jr., Roger L. Thomas and Reverend Jerry L. Thomas Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Terrell L. Rhodes St (Diana), Angela and Dameon L. Gabriel Detroit (Alecia); and her brothers, Richard Winters Richmond and James E. Thomas Moody (Doris). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
