He is survived by: his wife Jerrye Glee; his daughter Valerie Dawn Carter (Richard); his sister Shirley Cardwell; his grandchildren, Holli Diane, Tristan Adam, Stephan Howard Hollis, Meredith Licht and Macy Licht; his great grandchildren, Kyle Tinsley, Sophia Tinsley, Matthew Gage Harbor, Jackson Noah Mitchell, Samuel Lee, Donovan Tre, Devan Coy, Jeremiah Kenneth Hollis and Jack Carter Heintz; his nephews, Matt Cardwell, Gene Cardwell and Josh Cardwell; and also Coy Randall Hollis (Donna).
