She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemanuel Jackson and Susie Spivey Jackson; her husband Azell Strozier, Sr.; her children, Pete, Adrian, Betty, Azelle, Jr. and Frederick; her siblings, James Jackson (Idella), Ocie Jackson, Billy Jackson, Willy Jackson, Lemanuel Jackson, Jr. (Maddie), Curtis Jackson and Sadie Bell Jackson; and her son-in-law Robert Wilson, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Wilson (Evenuel); and her sister Mary Jackson. She is also survived by her 28 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 6 great, great-grandchildren.
