She was predeceased by: her sister Samantha Hays. She is survived by: her daughter Melina Lynne Musso; her parents, Angel Seifert (Joseph) and Steve Hays, Jr. (Pamela); her grandparents, Linda Collins and Steve Hays, Sr.; her great-grandparents, Eileen Guinn and Marie Hays; and her brother Sebastian Collins. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
