She is survived by: her children, Jeff Middlebrooks and Anita Barrett; her grandchildren, Amanda Middlebrooks, Caleb Middlebrooks, Drew Ramsey and Cody Barrett; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Avery Crenshaw, Mallory Middlebrooks, Callie Barrett, Brodie Ramsey, Brooklyn Ramsey, Alex Ramsey, Addison Ramsey, Codence Wolf and Jaxon Glenn.
