She is survived by: her children, Leila D. Ulmer Isbell, William Robert Ulmer, Jr. and Jeffrey Lynn Ulmer; her brothers, Joe Brasher and Kernal Rosevelt Brasher; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Lynn Ulmer, Jr. and Jamie Ulmer. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
