It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Liz Sikes Boyd of Lapine, Alabama, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Boyd; her parents, Leo Sikes and Myrtle Jordan Sikes; and her siblings, Clavin Sunday, Carolyn Sikes and Bill Sikes.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenny (Cindy Boyd) and Randy (Vickie Boyd); her grandchildren, Jessica Puckett (Nate), Courtney Green (Deven), Justin Boyd (Allison), Chad Boyd (Angela) and Lorin McGough (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Mattie Leyton McGough, Bryleigh Boyd, Blakely Shea Boyd, Banks Boyd and Sellars Green; and her sister Sylvia Grissett (Ed). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Lapine Baptist Church, P.O. Box 91, Lapine, Alabama 36046.
