She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McDonald and Gladys Taylor McDonald; and her brother Clinton McDonald. She is survived by: her husband Aaron "Gene" Boartfield; her sons, David Boartfield (Aggie) and Michael Boartfield; and her brother Donnis Boartfield. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three nephews along with many cousins and friends.
